Stuffed French Bread

1 loaf French Bread
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. montery jack cheese, or any (save 1/2 c. cheese for top)
1 c. Mayo (1/2 plain yogurt)
1/2 c mushrooms (opt)
1/2 c. + green onion
1/2 c. + green pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion salt

Slice loaf in half lengthwise.  Hollow it out (save).  Combine remaining ingredients, including the bread pieces that were hollowed out of the loaf, reserving 1/2 c. cheese.  Stuff the hollowed out bread with the mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 25 min, covered.
