How to cook frozen ground beef/sausage in the instant pot

  1. Place 1 c water in IP.
  2. Place frozen meat on trivet.
  3. Close valve and set for 20 min.
  4. Naturally release 5 min, then quick release.
  5. Remove trivet with meat on it.   Discard liquid.
  6. Place meat back in IP and sauté until meat is completely cooked.
