How to cook frozen ground beef/sausage in the instant pot
Place 1 c water in IP.
Place frozen meat on trivet.
Close valve and set for 20 min.
Naturally release 5 min, then quick release.
Remove trivet with meat on it. Discard liquid.
Place meat back in IP and sauté until meat is completely cooked.
